Our patented rear grease griddles make it easy to manage the grease, but our liners make disposal mess free. Place the liner in the grease cup before you start cooking and once you are done, push the excess oil and scraps of food to the back of the griddle to the rear grease opening. The liner will catch all the mess easily. Once the liner is full, simply discard it and replace it with a fresh one to make clean up a breeze. These liners are designed to fit the following Blackstone REAR Grease Griddle units: 36-inch, 28-Inch, 17-Inch, Range Top Combo & the ProSeries. -

Natural gas conversion kit compatible with certain Blackstone 28" Griddles, 36" Griddles and Tailgater Combo. Note: Not all Blackstone griddles can convert to natural gas.We do offer a natural gas conversion kit for most of our 28”, 30", and 36”, and tailgater units. This excludes the units listed in the chart below and propane-powered air fryer units. Culinary Pro and Culinary collection griddles** are not optimized for natural gas conversion.To convert to natural gas, you will need to switch the orifices in your valves with the given orifices that are the proper size for natural gas, as well as switch out your regulator with the provided natural gas hose. Please make sure to be gentle when removing and replacing your orifices to avoid stripping out your valves.Blackstone has two different natural gas conversion kits available for griddles between 28" and 36". The conversion kit you need will depend on the type of griddle you own.
